coasterqueen replied: I was thinking the same thing, well along the same lines. I had to go run an errand at lunch and another office in our building is having my favorite italian food. I can smell it. I want it so badly my mouth is watering.
But I'm going to have soup because I bowl tonight and I that means I'll eat there....lots of calories.

my snack will be sugar free pudding, I made it with skim milk
shushhhh but dont tell anyone I had 3 little twizzlers.
C&K*s Mommie replied: I had a can of Coke, one bite of a breakfast tornado (sp) and one bite of a candied apple.
So far the one bites have saved me from feeling too guilty about not eating right.
ETA: I had some salt and vinegar chips before the Coke.

Our Lil' Family replied: I had a turkey and swiss sandwich on sourdough bread....it was GOOD! And of course chips and some left over dip to go with that.
Dinner is baked chicken and some type of flavored rice with green beans!
