Texting...prediction thing

Our Lil' Family wrote: My friend told me I had to try texting with the prediction thing on...I cannot do it. I can't get the letter M for the life of me! What am I missing? I can text fast the old fashioned way...I don't think I need that prediction, I'm a woman, I can't even predict what I'm going to say!

MyBlueEyedBabies replied: i liked it. it was rare that it got words wrong for me. NOw I have a phone with a qwerty keyboard and that is much nicer

luvmykids replied: I never use it either, I don't like to text as it is and that just frustrates me more

MoonMama replied: It used to drive me crazy on my old phone because it never put the right word in, so I always had it off. My new BlackBerry doesn't have it....you just type in your message then if you want it does have a spell check (which is nice at times).

Danalana replied: I'm using it but I hate it sometimes. I've been thinking of turning it off for the last few days. It's ridiculous, some of the words it will choose for me instead of the word I want

You start typing a word and it tries to predict the word you want and it fills it in....it's never right for me.
