Kirstenmumof3 replied: I have the infant carrier with the Carseat base. Then we bought the Graco Copnvertible Carseat.
We have 2 diaper bags one is small and only holds a few diapers the other one is HUGE and has all these pockets and compartments, I loved this when she was a newborn, but now that she is 18mths I prefer the little one.
We have a StorkCraft crib, it was purchased my Inlaws when we had our first baby. With Claudia we bought a Bassinet/Moses Basket.
We had a bouncy chair, bt Claudia didn't really like this.
We also had an Exersaucer, Claudia loved this.
We had a Jolly Jumper, but Claudia was too small for it.
My cousin lent us the Graco Swing and it was a lifesaver! I wish I had one of these with my first 2!
I loved my nursing pillow, but I would recommend paying a little bit more and purchasing one that curves. I got mine for $20.00 at Walmart and it was just like a pillow with a square cut out in the front.
Definately would recommend the Medella Breast Pump.
We used at first the Gerber bottles with the Nuk nipples (this was recommended by our Lactation Consultant).
Safety First semi-disposable cups. They were excellent! But now we are starting to use the Playtex sipper cups with the valves and some sports bottles with straws.
No diaper pail, but I've heard that the diaper genie is wonderful!
Walkers are banned in Canada so we didn't have one.
Safety First Baby monitor
We use Baby Motrin, but this is not recommended until they are over 4mths. In the beginning we used Baby Tylenol.
We also buy the Johnson and Johnson Vapour Bath, excellent product!
Melissa replied: Walkers are banned in Canada. I had no idea.
Jamison'smama replied: Travel System (stroller/carrier combo) --I stated with the Eddie Bauer travel system but changed to the Peg Perego Venezia stroller when she was about 6 months old and out of her carrier.
Convertable Car Seat (for when they are to big for their carriers or moms that plan to skip the carrier altogether). Evenflo Triumph--Love it!
Diaper Bag (is it a designer bag or just a plain ol' back pack) Eddie Bauer/ Vera Bradley/ and a backpack
Crib --I will have to look it up and edit my post later
Glider & Ottoman --not sure what brand but we have them
Bouncy Seat --gift from sister--not sure what brand--cheaper kind but did the trick!
Exersaucer --Evenflo Ultrasaucer
Door Jumper --had a Graco Bumper jumper but didn't use it very much
Swing -- Graco in Saratoga
Nursing Pillow --MY BREAST FRIEND--would recommend it to anyone for those first few months!
Breat Pump --Pump in Style
Bottles --Had Avent but rarely used them
Sippy Cups --All kinds--loves the ones with straws now--early on she liked any with the softer spout
Bottle Warmer--Never used one
Diaper Pail --Have two Diaper Genies but we don't use them anymore
Walkers --Didn't have one
Play Gyms --only a Disney one that was not really a Gym
Pack 'n' Play/Play Pens --Graco Saratoga pack n play and we have a second one--can't remember the pattern name
Monitors --Safety First video monitor--love it so much we bought a second one!!
Pain Relief Meds--Tylenol and Hylands Teething Tablets
Other--we also used a diaper wipe warmer--liked it a lot,
I also love our sling--I used it just yesterday and Jamison is 17 months old--It is a Maya Wrap--I have two a black one and a denim-looking one---they are GREAT!! I used a Nojo in the beginning and it was just fine for a newborn.
MommyToAshley replied: Travel System (stroller/carrier combo) Graco travel combo (not sure of model) but I LOVED it. (Got it as a shower gift)
Infant Carrier (if not part of a travel system) Same as above
Convertable Car Seat (for when they are to big for their carriers or moms that plan to skip the carrier altogether). Graco again, I will have to check on the model. Works great and Ashley loves looking forward now.
Diaper Bag (is it a designer bag or just a plain ol' back pack) Big Diaper Bag... my MIL got tired of seeing me try to stuff everything into a small diaper bag so she went out and bought a HUGE diaper bag. I don't know the brand name though.
Crib I'll have to check on the model and edit this post (Not doing too good with the models, I will be doing a lot of editing)
Glider & Ottoman I don't know the model here either But, it is pretty... it's a hunter green with small pinkish diamonds in it
Bouncy Seat
Exersaucer - Evenflo Megasaucer and Ashley loved it!
Door Jumper -- Didn't have one.
Swing -- Graco again, I will check on the model
Nursing Pillow
Breat Pump - Isis
Bottles - didn't do bottles.
Sippy Cups - We have just about every kind of sippy cup. She'll drink out of any of them now, but she likes the disposable ones the best.
Bottle Warmer
Diaper Pail - Diaper Champ... it worked great for keeping out odors but you have to fold the diapers up small or they get stuck.
Walkers Tot Wheels Walker Ashley loved it, I couldn't have lived without it. We had a little different pattern than the one in the link.
Play Gyms
Pack 'n' Play/Play Pens - We had a Pack 'n Play, but I will have to check on the brand name. I think it was Graco.
Monitors - Angel Care Bebe sounds monitor. I wouldn't have gotten a wink of sleep without it. Since it detects any movement including breathing, it gave me some reassurance.
Pain Relief Meds (ex: Baby Motrin, Baby Advil, Baby Tylenol, etc.) Ashley hasn't really been sick, but I gave her Tylenol for her shots. Motrin and Hyland Teething Tabs for teething.
I have a lot of editing to do. I'll check on the brands and edit this post.
