TCOYF
Danalana wrote: Have any of you used this software when trying to conceive? I was thinking about it, but i wanted to hear if anybody had used it before I spend $40.
Calimama replied: I've never even heard of it.

kit_kats_mom replied: Yep. I used it to conceive Katherine. I have really wacky cycles and it helped me a lot. I was pregnant by the third cycle. Of course, the software is probably better now. That was almost 5 years ago.
Danalana replied: Well, since I am already past ovulation in this cycle, I decided to a trial of "cycle watch", which is another fertility software. I already like it better than fertility friend, cause i had a feeling it was wrong about my ovulation date. Cycle watch says I ovulated on day 13, which is what I thought Ok, if I'm not pregnant this time, I think I will do TCOYF. Unless I like the one i'm doing now...it seems pretty good, but i'm not sure if its AS good. I'm glad you used it and it worked, though!
Calimama replied: Oooo I hope you get as good results!!
Danalana replied: Gracias!!!
Maddie&EthansMom replied: No but I read the book. It really helped me. I just checked it out at our local library. They may have the software too
maestra replied: I have it, and used it along with FF to get #3. I also like the predictors in it- dh and I are planning for #3, but I don't finish my master's degree until next March, so I didn't want to have a baby until April or later. It helped me to know when we would have to start trying. (We now found out that we have to wait an extra year, since I'm changing jobs and FMLA doesn't apply until you have worked in a job for a year.)
I also highly recommend the book- it's not hard reading, and I learned so much about how my body works!
redplaydoh replied: I've never heard of it, but my fertility issues were related to surgery and nothing but IVF helped for us. Good luck I wish you nothing but success.
I *was* going to make a lame joke and post something like you need hardware, not software to conceive... and even though I decided against it, it seems like I did anyway.
sparkys2boys replied: ok redplaydough.. that was funny!!!!! Dana, best of luck though!!
MyBabeMaddie replied: I've never heard of it but Good luck Dana!
