Summer pg is for the birds!!!! - I'm HOT
Bamamom wrote: Tripp was born in January, Katie in May. This July pg is killing me! I feel so hot and just...greasy for lack of a better word...all the time. Come on July 20th!!!!
Calimama replied: I've been there. I'm timing the next one for the middle of winter.
My2Beauties replied: I went through it both ways, Hanna was born in Nov (I was pg all summer LOOOOOOOOOONG), Aubrey was born on May 1st....May 1st was definitely better, I was pg all winter long and was off on maternity leave through the nice summer months
AlexsPajamaMama replied: I'm only a little big pregnant, not showing yet, but Im tired bloated and cranky and the heat is making it worse!
I would not want to be due in July
My3LilMonkeys replied: I'm with you there - after Brooke (born in October) I swore I'd never be PG in the summer again. We timed Madison to be born before the real heat hits here in PA (May) but this one wasn't planned so I am due in August and already dying from the heat!!!
Crystalina replied: I know! I'm hotter then everyone in the house. DH doesn't get that. He always says, "OH! It isn't that hot." Hello! I'm making a person and yes, I'm hotter then the rest of you.
Izabella was born in April....a perfect pg.
Evan was born August 25th....not so perfect....very very hot.
This one is due Nov.....I'll be pushing in cooler weather but still have to be fat..ter then usual in the height of summer.
HuskerMom replied: I know how you feel. Keith was born in october and that was a long hot summer.
lovemy2 replied: Olivia was June - it was wonderful - although it was a very hot summer and hard to take her outside alot because of the heat - but the sun was out...
Dylan was born in December so the end of the summer I was getting pretty large - and having a baby in December is not so good for post partum when all you do is sit inside cause its so cold, windy and miserable to get anywhere - you just sit and watch the snow pile up
A&A'smommy replied: oh yeah that is why we planned for an april/may baby...it was still to hot in may!! it almost over
DillsMommy replied: BTDT--twice! Hang in there.
Bamamom replied: May was perfect. You could get away with short sleeves because it was spring but it was still cool. I was fine til about mid-May. Now I'm dying. And I'm having to drink a TON of water to stay hydrated. Last weekend I was getting all lightheaded and dizzy and nauseated - my OB told me to up my water intake by like a gallon a day. That's alot of water for someone who's alreadying peeing every 15 minutes!!!!
Side note - yeah I flush everytime Sorry!
seeingblue2 replied: I hear ya..my first was born the last week of August..yeah not good planning there! LOL
AlexsPajamaMama replied: Alex was born in April, that was a perfect time of year to be pregnant! It snowed the last snow fall of the season the night before he was born.
Mommy2BAK replied: Oh I SOOO do not even want to hear it! Blakely was born in July Ayden was born in September and I'm currently carrying twins through this summer
(but on a good note, my maternity clothes all worked for all 3 pregnancies!)
Sam & Abby's Mom replied: omg - So true! Sammy was born the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and that was one desolate winter. LOL
gr33n3y3z replied: I never minded it I had to carry through the summer with the 2 boys
Teesa®© replied: It's the 16th, only 4 more days to go... hang in there
Swood75 replied: Teesa dear, she has until July 20th..
I had DS in April,DD in November and this one is due in Jan..
MommyToAshley replied: I'm sorry. Ashley was born in September and I remember staying in the AC on really sticky days.
Hang in there, you only have a little over a month to go (WOW!).
Teesa®© replied: Oops
I keep thinking this is July because DS's bday is on the 26th and he's been reminding us EVERY DAY for like the past 3 months
ZandersMama replied: two september babies here. Zavier wasn't to bad because he wasnt due until december, so i was still pretty small, but zander, the last month was horrible
Bamamom replied: The baby dropped a little last week so at least I could breath easier - but now the little dickens has either crawled back up or grown and so now I can't breathe/eat again. You know the last 5 weeks are the longest!!!!
