Allen Heckard, who said he is constantly harassed because he looks like Michael Jordan, is suing the star over the situation.

Heckard said nearly every day for more than 15 years he's been mistaken for Jordan and he's grown tired of it.

He said he's suing Jordan for defamation, permanent injury and emotional pain and suffering.

He's also suing Phil Knight, the founder of Nike, for defamation and permanent injury, for promoting Jordan and making him one of the most recognized men in the world
