It's overated and everywhere. I love everything you did. You're very artistic. I love the burned edges of the map.

Starting to feel like a heel here because I'm not doing anything special for Megan's party like I've done in the past. It must be the winter blues because I'm just not into it this year.

Ugh! I'm with you there. Izabella's birthday is in April and that's all she ever talks about now. She wants to go all out and I would just like to have something nice and quiet here at home. It's her first year in Kindergarten and having "real" friends so....It's going to have to be a big deal I guess.

ORDERING.. omg..lol!! No, I am making it myself! I am going to use a small roaster to bake the cake in(has the boat shape) and then I have made sails for it, and am adding some other stuff. Keep your fingers crossed that it looks ok. I have never made a pirate ship cake before, so i'm learning as I go..lol!

I will keep my fingers crossed but I'm sure you'll do great. I always order birthday cakes because I'm always afaid I'll ruin it and at the last minute not have a cake. The cakes I make are just for everyday not for special occasions I always leave that to the pros.

pro.. ok.. now I am scared..lol!!! I think I will make the cake early on Sat that may if I really make a disaster, I will have time to get one before the stores close at 10..lol!! Dont worry, I am soooooo thinking ahead!!
