Still no word...I'm on pins and needles

I did find out some wonderful exciting news, they already have a contract on another house contingent up on the sale of their home, so their realtor basically said they need out and fast.......GOOD NEWS FOR ME!!!! This means they'll be more willing to give it to us for what we want. Man I hope so. I will let you guys know when I hear something.
