Special things or sayings?

To alyssa I say "I love you to the moon and back" and she says "I love you to the stars and back" I came up with the first part and she came up with the second part
punkeemunkee'smom replied: We say I love you more than ____________________ and take turns filling in the blanks I love you more than Pigs love Mud or Bees love Flowers...etc. some things get pretty silly Tay and Bill also play this game You are a ______ hauler Bill hauls cattle so Taylor will say Daddy is a MONKEY hauler and Bill will say Taylor is a TURKEY hauler...I guess you have to be here to get it but they laugh and laugh
We all say Mel is a CHICKEN hauler

paradisemommy replied: we all hold hands in a little circle every night before bed and say in unison "i love you so much, really really. nobody loves you like i love you and nobody ever will. night night. sweet dreams." then we take turns kissing and hugging each other until everyone has hugged everyone else.
C&K*s Mommie replied: I say to the girls as often as possible (usually every day) when I am cuddling with them that "I will always love you. You will always be my big/little baby girl- no matter how big you get you will always be my baby girl."
Kellie is my little baby girl & Christian is my big baby girl so I clarify big or little depending on who I am talking to.
Everyone's sayings to their children sound sweet, btw.

My mom used to say to me, "I love you always" we eventually added "with wings in channels " It's silly but memorable.
We don't say that much anymore...

Randy plays Baby Bear, Sister Bear, Momma Bear, Daddy Bear, Brother Bear with the kids.. they say it's stupid but they really like it..lol

And Alexis's is Twinkle twinkle little star, but I sing "twinkle twinkle little star, mommies little girl you are, heaven sent you from above, your my little one to love, twinkle twinkle little star, mommies little girl you are. "
Its their own special song, and I won't sing one's to the other.

I rock you back and forth, and back and forth and sing... I love you forever, I like you for always... As long as I'm living my baby you'll be.
Sometimes I substitute the word baby for their names Lucas/Bryan.

Jaden and I obviously don't have anything like that since he is only 13 months and doesn't really say much things that make sense but my mama always says "I love you to Tennessee and back ___ times." Because when we lived in Tennessee, it was our favorite place to be outta all the places we lived together.
luvmykids replied: We have a version of this, I say "I love you more than __________" (insert candy, flowers, chocolate or whatever) and we each take a turn doing it until someone repeats what someone else has said and the "loser" gets dog piled
I also tell them when I tuck them in that they are the best four year old boy or girl in the whole world or that if God hadn't picked my kids for me I would have picked them myself anyway
I also tell them I don't just love them, I really, really, really like them too.

when Patricia was little just about every night before bed I would tell her "I love you" She would answer back "Me too" She really ment to say "I love you"

And we "fight" over them....I'll hug Brooke and say "my Brooke" and DH will hug her and say "no, my Brooke" back and forth.
Mommy2BAK replied: well blake tells me "i lub you mama", but what really gets me is when out of the blue she will say "Mama... I like you"
