Sophia starts pre-k on Monday

We didn't think we were going to be able to enroll Sophia this year because the age cut-off is 4yrs old by 9/1 and her bday is 9/4. But, the daycare she attends recognizes how advanced she is and decided to put her in the class "unofficially." She'll start Monday!

Well, since she's un-officially enrolled, the state isn't going to recognize that she's completed the curriculum. We'll have to figure out what to do next year, but she will likely have take the course again or something. We can always put her into private school which has more leeway when it comes to the age restriction problem

Yeah, we've looked into the privates too and you are right. Our only big concern with that is we don't want to make Kylie adjust to so many different 'atmospheres' being transfered so much.
