Something isn't right.
MoonMama wrote: I feel so off the last few days, like my head is in a total fog. Seriously in order to do anything it seems like I REALLY have to think about it first. I swear its like the worst mommy brain moment ever, only it never stops. I feel fine other then foggy. Its horrible I hate the feeling. My mom thought maybe I have Vertigo (sp) or an ear infection. But my ears feel fine and I don't know about the other, maybe. But it stinks. Sorry to vent, I just hate this feeling.
luvmykids replied: I'm sorry Any big changes or stresses?
MoonMama replied: Not really. The last week has actually been pretty good, happy, DH and I have been able to have some us time and have been able to reconnect. But ugh I feel horrible.
AlexsPajamaMama replied: I get like that sometimes too....I hope you start feeling like yourself soon
lisar replied: I hope you get back to feeling normal soon.

Sam & Abby's Mom replied: I have an underactive thyroid and I get that feeling when my thyroid gets outta whack.
Also, any changes in antidepressant medication can give you that 'just got off an elevator' feeling.
Hope you figure out what it is! hang in there.
A&A'smommy replied: what your feeling is probably normal I get that way sometimes and i really have to force myself to get anything done. what i suggest is rest today and then tomorrow get up early and exercise and keep moving all day by thursday you should be feeling normal again.. if not then I would consider seeing a dr.
MoonMama replied: I'm not on anything so I know that can't be it. I wondering if I'm just not getting enough sleep. I've kind of been in my house needs to be cleaned, this needs to be done, oh I should go through that, I should organize this, overload.
Thanks Jessica, I'll try that.
lisar replied: How are you feeling today?
mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: Sounds like it could just be stress related. Give yourself a day off if you can, as in no house work, let it go. Get outside (I know it's been too hot there) and take B to the park, zoo, somewhere you can breath some fresh air. Exercise does help, but it can just be a walk around the block. Drink plenty of water. Have you had a lot of sugar or caffeine lately? Both can really affect your mood and give you that down in the dumps feeling. Vitamin B complex may help lift you up again. Just a suggestion. Hope you feel better Ally!
MoonMama replied: Thanks Rae! I got a B complex today and I'll give those a try. I'm also making it a huge point to drink a LOT more water, when I thought about it we have spent a lot of time outside lately (Braedin has a new big playset), and I wasn't really drinking what I should, I'm always more worried about making sure Brae gets enough water. DH and I never have sugar or caffeine anymore (although I think he drinks coffee at work ) Nana, Braedin, and I have been walking around Bear Creek Park (I'm sure you know where I mean Rae) every morning the last couple of days. And that's helped a lot actually.
Thanks Lisa. Today was a lot better.
A&A'smommy replied: I'm glad you are feeling better

My3LilMonkeys replied: Glad to hear you're feeling better!!
Teesa®© replied: It's possible you're suffering from fatigue. Are you getting enough fruits and vegetables in your diet? Are you sleeping well? If you're used to getting say 8 hours a night and you're only getting 6 or 7, that could knock you off after a while.
Not eating properly and not getting enough fruits and veggies can wear you down and lessen your energy.
Here's to your feeling better soon!!!
