So - who's all turning 21 this year? - in the US
Hillbilly Housewife wrote: legal drinking age!!! he hehh eh
The drinking age limit is 18 here in Quebec, Canada. Elsewhere in Canada, it is 19, although there are a few bars that upped their age limit to 21 - to weed out those little trampish looking girls that try to get in. They can pass for 18... but not for 21.
lol
So - who's all turning the big 2-1?
DansMom replied: Not me... but I am turning double that this year. So is Jeanne, he he.
moped replied: iT'S 18 HERE TOO!!!!!
A&A'smommy replied: ME but in november I'm pretty excited though I'm already trying to plan something big
MomToJade&Jordan replied: I will be 21...plus 10!
3xsthefun replied: Not me.. my brother is turning 21 in November.
amymom replied: Boy! When I turned 21 (here in the states) the legal age was 18 ... so 18 was the big thing!!! Boy am I old
3_call_me_mama replied: Not here... that was 5 years ago!! And it wasnt' a big deal... I actualyl spent my 21st alone in tears and went ot bed early !
coasterqueen replied: Uh, almost 6 years ago and I was cramming for college semester finals so Dh had me go get him a six pack of beer because he wasn't 21 yet and that was the thrill of my evening. No big deal here. We had all our drinking/drunk fun WAYYYYYYY before that so by the time 21 hit it wasn't no biggie.
Hillbilly Housewife replied: whoops...forgot about alberta.
C&K*s Mommie replied: ummm... in my mind I will be the big 2-1 again! But when I look in the mirror, I do not have the body of a 21 yr old.
uugghhh... isn't there a time machine somewhere that you can reverse your age with??
Kentuckychick replied: Ah, 21... that was just a short 2 years ago (a little less)...
The drinking age here, as in all the states, may "think" it's 21... but, uh, yeah, lol. So here it's pretty much "So, I turned 21... now where's the fun in drinking?!?"
As my little brother says, "Good Times... Good Times"
Hillbilly Housewife replied: Hee hee!
I always thought it was so dumb. You're old enough to drive at 16, which means old enough to put your life at risk as well as the life of others on the road, old enough to vote at 18, you know, decide the country's fate.... but you can't legally have a sip of alcohol.
Gotta LOVE legislature sometimes.
MamaJAM replied: I'm not turning 21 this year....did that quite a while ago. One thing I will say - I drank a lot more BEFORE I turned 21.
ediep replied: I'll be 21 +10 in 2 weeks
Hillbilly Housewife replied: I'm past 21, byt he way - I'll be 24 in a couple months!
CosmetologyMommy replied: I'M TURNING 21!!!!!!!!! I am not that big into drinking so I might not even do anything.........How boring!
Kentuckychick replied: EEGADS... I just realized that in my prior post I put that I turned 21 a "little less" than 2 years ago.
Well I went to bed thinking geez, am I 22 or 23... and lo and behold, I'm 23 (so sayeth the calender) lol.
I guess I tried to stop counting at 21! So in reality I turned 21 a little MORE than 2 years ago
moped replied: And Manitoba is also 18
Hillbilly Housewife replied: ok ok - lol
canada's age is 18 and 19
fashionmumofboys replied: Not turning 21 here, I wish. The good old days.
