It is less than 24 hours before we go to court....It shouldn't be a real big deal...I am just REALLY nervous, scared, excited, hopeful and god - I can't eat because I will barf...
The attorney says it should be pretty easy and she is going to ask for an immeidate return of the child.
No one has filed ANYTHING!!!!! in response to our case...so they will have to look at that.

According to Ms Grossman this morning - If the law is followed - Mike is in jail, Grandparents have no legal right to Michael and legally speaking, Michael should be wandering the streets of Spokane (aka in the custody of the state)
She is going to request immediate return of Michael.

mom2my2cuties replied:  Rocky - I told my husband to schedule it now - I am going to have a nervous breakdown as soon as the plane lands in Nashville. And to schedule me a therapist now!
All joking aside - you guys have actually been some of the biggest help - It's been good for me to have someone to talk to and just a place where I can write it down.
I really do love you all! You guys have been so great.

I am so nervous tonight  I have been doing some 'girly' stuff to try to relax
Coloring my hair later tonight, doing my nails, painting my toenails, getting my clothes ready, shoes, stockings, trying my hair in 50 different ways trying to pick out what to wear etc.
