So did they get toys or choclatE?

We just got home from my Aunts and when he wakes up from his nap the easter bunny will have made an appearance here at home too!

redplaydoh replied: Both... they got chocolate easter bunnies and some mini chocolate eggs, jelly bean eggs etc. And they each got one of those Cars plush characters you can throw on the ground that say "ouch"... also a matchbox car egg and these Marbelix balls also in the Cars characters, playdoh eggs etc.

MyBrownEyedBoy replied: Logan got the movie Happy Feet (he's got a thing for "pengins" lately), and some jellybeans and (heaven help me) Peeps. No toys from me, but I can't say what the in-laws got him.

luvmykids replied: Both...in the baskets they got kites, sidewalk chalk and bubble wands. In the eggs they got candy. And mom got a stash of leftovers

CantWait replied: The kids got A LOT of chocolate from my grandma, my mom, and they have more coming from my bf in Edmonton. We got them an outfit, and just a couple of their favourite treats, and a few very small things. Robbie got his rollerblades a couple weeks ago, and I got Anthony a cheap water/sand table at T'R'U.

Nina J replied: Mostly chocolate. I just have always seen easter as a chocolate, toys and stuff are Christmas. That's just how I was raised though, they do get a few little things but it's mainly chocolate

Hillbilly Housewife replied: Boring here - the kids got 2 new clothes outfits each, a small book, and only a few chocolate treats... like ONE egg in each of their plastic eggs from the hunt... with some coins and stickers.

Course, my mother and dh's mother spoiled them. We're going to have chocolate in the freezer for another couple months....

Kaitlin'smom replied: she got a little bit of candy, 2 dresses, 2 movies, a bubble blower, sunglasses, flipflops, pom poms, dress up gloves, swimsuit, and money in her egg hunt that was from bunny and mommy, she knows mommy did the flip flops and sunglasses and I am making her 2 more dresses.

from aunite, a beach towl and flotie for the pool, other aunt a very soft pink bunny that mankes noise, and 15 eggs with different candy that she hunted around her house.

she got a bit spoild on DH's side..........however with the clothes she got 3 outfits 3 skirts and I think she payed maybe $15 she kept finding really good deals.

coasterqueen replied: I can't even begin to type out what all (toys) the girls got from family. It was absolutely ridiculous and DH and I have agreed we officially despise holidays for the present factor. They did get a lot of candy too, not from us.

Kirstenmumof3 replied: Emily got a book, a beach towel and a pair of Curious George Socks. Spencer got a T-shirt that came with a watch, yo-yo, and a hand held game and a beach towel. Claudia got an outfit, a pair of sunglasses and a beach towel. They also had an Easter egg hunt, but not a lot of chocolate.

A&A'smommy replied: Alyssa got a TON of candy but that was always the tradition at my house so I kept with it... she also got a bubble gun she was WAY more excited about that!!! I should have gone sooner so I could have gotten alyssa more toys to put in her basket but it was CRAZY at walmart so I didn't spend a lot of time in that area!!
