When I was young, very young, our family moved from Alaska to Louisiana. (We were in the military and moved every couple of years). Anyways, we weren't even there a week and it snowed. . It was just barely sticking but people were out in their yards, catching the snowflakes and just amazed by the snow. They hadn't seen snow in ten years. We thought they were nuts. LOL! They joked about us bringing the snow with us from Alaska... we said, "what snow?" To us, that wasn't really snow.
