Siggy - how do I make one

iluvmysweetiepies replied: Here are a few I have made. I also made the one in my siggy. I use Scrapbook Factory- I think between $15-$20 at Walmart or somewhere, so if you want to fool around with it on your own, it's a really good (and cheap ) software. You can do SO many things with it once you play around with it a bit. If you want glitter names I can do those too.
