Scariest day of my life!!!!!!!

Boys r us wrote: I was in a meeting here at work and they came running in and told us to get out NOW...we all got hurded to the basement..3,000 people!
Talk about sardines!

We had 7 tornadoes touch down here...I wasn't so scared for myself..but for my kids! Braedon and Tanner weren't with me and I couldn't protect them! OMG....you could tell who the mothers were, b/c we were all hysterically crying!
No one could get out on cell phones b/c we either had no service in the basement or we got a message saying all circuits were busy!

Apparently they've all passed now as we were just allowed back into the main part of the building!
All is okay here, one I know tuched down 1/2 a mile from my office and another near my house..so I'll be crossing my fingers when I turn on my street that the house is still there!
Kids are all okay! Whew!!!!!

OMG! How scarey! I would have had a breakdown if I couldn't have been able to reach Ashley... I think I would have broken out of the basement.

My2Beauties replied: OMG That is so scary! We're having bad weather here too. It's real windy outside and looks like it's gonna storm bad! Come on 5:00 so I can leave work and be with my baby!

MomToJade&Jordan replied: Oh I would have been in a panic too. That is a really scary situation. I'm glad that everyone is okay. I have yet to be through a tornado, but I have been through some hurricanes. Mother Nature can be very scary.

DansMom replied: That sounds so scary!! I often worry that some kind of natural disaster will happen when I'm at work and I can't get to my child. An awful feeling---I'm so glad you were able to get word on your kiddos as soon as you got back to your work area.

MomofJandB replied: OMG! I would be freaking out! I'm terrified of tornadoes! We had one hit in my city last year in November! Luckily noone was hurt, but a couple houses were destroyed! Actually my DH andDD were on their way to the store when it hit! I can imagine how you felt not being able to be with your family!
