SPOOKED!!!!!

MommyToAshley wrote: I am not a person that gets spooked easily. I was just reading the boards and I heard the floor in the hallway squeak. (The hallway upstairs has a squeaky spot) I thought, "Oh great, Ashley is out of bed." I go and look and she is still sound asleep. DH went to pick a friend up at the airport, so he's not here. Spooky! I don't think anyone could walk down the hall and be out of sight before I could look around the corner. It must have just been the house settling?

5littleladies replied: Don't you hate that?? unsure.gif I'm sure it was just the house settling, but man, those things can really freak a person out!

luvmykids replied: I'm not easily spooked either but that would do it for me!

MommyToAshley replied: I checked the doors and windows... I even went downstairs to make sure no one was hiding down there. It's like something out of a scary movie when you tell the person to get out of the house. If it were just me, then I probably would have just left until DH got home. But, since Ashley was asleep in her bed, I had to be brave. I feel a little better now. But, that's not to say that I am not sitting on the edge of my seat ready to grab Ashley and run out the door.

redchief replied: This place is always moving and making noise... We don't even notice. Sorry you got spooked!

amymom replied: hug.gif sorry about the spookiness!!! Will Rod be home soon? I hope so! hug.gif

MyLuvBugs replied: I hate when that happens!! And it always seems to happen when DH isn't here. dry.gif Hope he comes home soon for ya. hug.gif

C&K*s Mommie replied: Unlike you I do get spooked easily. I have never had supernatural encounters before, and I hope to never have one. But that would have spooked me too! All the lights in the house would go on until Chris came home, if that were me in your shoes.

Halo42101 replied: Sorry to hear you were so spooked out, Dee Dee. That would have got me too. noooooo.gif I have been wanting to ask this but forgot until now but I was wondering who here believes in ghost and have you actually seen one? I have a story of my own that I will share with you later.

AlexsPajamaMama replied: Eeek I hate that!
I get scared so easily, especially with DH gone at night time I always think I hear or see something moving in the dark! unsure.gif

Kaitlin'smom replied: hug.gif I would have been like you looking all around. Checking doors and windows, course all the whlie holding a fireplace tool laugh.gif

coasterqueen replied: hug.gif hug.gif I probably would have been spooked too!

Course living out in the country I've learned to be a lot less spooked because if I didn't I'd be spooked 24/7 with some of the noises we hear out here. rolleyes.gif
