Rough Night!

mummy2girls wrote: Jenna had a really bad night. She went down for bed at around 8pm and fell asleep an half an hour later. Then I started to watch people choice awards so i never got to bed until 12am. But never actually fell asleep till 1230. At around 230am jenna starts to cry. I go in and she is asking for milk. And because i was so darn tired i just gave in:( After she drank it she refused to lay down in the crib. So i just thought i would let her talk her self to sleep. Well the talking turned into cries and she refused to stop. she cried from 230 till 430. I kept going in telling her to go to sleep. But she just got more frustrated with me:( So i brought her out into the living room. I let her play as i layed on the couch trying to rest my eyes. But she played for 15 minutes then crawled up beside me and fell asleep. then my alarm went off at 530. I was sooooooooo tired. Jenna was a bit tired at first but then caught her second wind and was hypr as ever! And I have to work till 600pm tonight... UGH! Lets hope this doesnt happen again!

ammommy replied: What is it about last night? Megan was like that , too. Up from 11:30-2:30. Thankfully, I did get to sleep from 2:30-5:30. I hope you get some rest tonight. Good luck getting through the day.

ediep replied: Jason did a similar thing the other night. Do you have a rocking chiar or a glider? I rocked Jason for about 15-20 minutes in there after several attempts to get him to go back to sleep at 4am. HE finally relaxed while I rocked him and he slept until 8:30

loveydad replied: Tracy did that the night she came home. She woke up several times, climbed out of her bed / crib (i have both set up in her room, and after she gets up the first time she has to go back in her crib like a baby- which doesn't work cause she wants that) and check on me, just make sure I was still there. When I put her back in her crib she started screaming and didn't stop for 1/2 hour or so, so I finally let her lay by me. Then Peter started crying and Hen's not here so I had to get up with him several times during the night too! UGH!

Sorry you didn't get enough sleep

Josie83 replied: O no Shelly! I know exactly how you feel, Cassie had a very disturbed night last nigth and ended up sleeping with Jason and I, wish she hardly ever does. And we both have long days today! xx
