Room for 2 - :)

Sal says I am already nesting ... I am just getting ready it is real now ... we have a place for them, up until a few minutes ago they didn't have a place to sleep. LOL!!

Sal's mom is getting our cirb at the beginning of september, I think we may spring for the matching dresser or maybe my dad will get that !!

Our Lil' Family replied: Can I ask why so long? My best friend has twins and she had them in the same crib but only for a few weeks. When they start rolling and such they won't get as good of sleep as they would alone.

I agree, we totally played that part by ear. When they start squirming and rolling they wake each other up You can probably get away with it for a few months but not nine. Since all babies are different you may even have one who'd be fine with it for a long period, and one who's all over the other

My friend had twins and she put them separate cribs when they turned 2 months. Two different styles of cribs and bedding too.. it's neat!!


Jessica, won't it be kind of cramped by like 5 months?

Anthony275 replied: i shared a crib until i was i think 11 months? it was a bigger crib, width wise. so each case is different with 2 in 1

Mommy2Isabella replied: I have never had twins ... so Im not sure how long it will last ...

we co-slept with Bella until she started moving a whole bunch and that was around 9 months. We will see what happens with the twins, though they won't be co-sleeping with us, they will be co-sleeping with eachother! We are buying a second crib but not right away!!
