I work out Monday-Friday for an hour before work which means I am at the Y at 5:00 a.m. I have also cut out all fried foods(and yes I mean all!!!) and am really watching what I eat. I hardly ever eat sweets anymore(I used to be an M&M junkie) and replaced the sweets with the weight watchers icecream thingies.
I am just proud that I stuck with it I guess. I never said anything because I honestly didnt know if I would stick with it.
My self esteem has skyrocketed...and my marriage is back where it should be.

What kind of work outs do you do?
bawoodsmall replied: Thanks Ladies. I feel awesome about myself. I dont know how I have kept with it. 4:30 comes early.
I may be able to find some pics. I just do the weights for a half hour(or all of them which usually takes around 35-40 mins.) and then do cardio on one of those gazelle type machines for a half hour. I only do weights on Mondays, Wed, Fridays so on the other days I do cardio for a full hour.
