Recipe of the week?

Like Post it monday morning and then the rest of us have the rest of the week to make it, if it's something we like, of course!

I've never been really picky about what I eat... But I have gone back and tried things I didn't like before if they were prepared differently. I'm a food adventurer (and I got the belly to prove it)!
