Anyways, I got some much needed rest last night so I am full or you know what. I filled out my transfer papers this morning. The job is open till the 4th for applications. My supervisor is out of town on vacation so I have to go above her to the Captain to get it signed off. I've never met the Captain before but mom says he's really nice. I haven't heard anyone say they were putting in for it. Not too many people around the department can work for the Lt over the division. He's kind of a bear of a man. Him and I get along wonderful because when he has attitude I just at him and tell him to "Get your Smille on" in that annoying sing song kind of way.

I will get on the board later and "catch" up on the going ons. This is what is going to happen. I will admit that I don't think I have ever been so nervous. I don't want to tick anyone off putting in a tansfer. KWIM?

holley79 replied: Well I met the Captain and the Major. The paperwork is in. Now it's just the waiting game and to see how it goes. On one hand I really want the job, on the other I am nervous about moving to another position.
