Presidential Election - Do you and your DH/DW/So vote the same?

MommyToAshley wrote: DH and I differ on some of our political views, so we always have debates around this time. rolleyes.gif

MomToMany replied: We vote the same.

coasterqueen replied: We vote the same but only because we have the same views. There was a time when one year we voted differently and DH thought it was a very sad day for me. rolleyes.gif biggrin.gif But we honestly have the same views almost always and when one of us doesn't know much about a certain candidate the other educates the other.

Being that I'm in the political arena quite a bit around here DH relies on me to educate him on the "smaller" races as he calls them, lol.

favre4fan replied: I said no only because dh can't vote since hes Canadian.

DansMom replied: DH and I are on the same page politically biggrin.gif

5littleladies replied: Yep-We are voting the same, and always do. biggrin.gif

Boys r us replied: We will be voting for the same person this year. Although that isn't and won't always be the case, I tend to lean more democratic..as I'm very liberal..and dh is more republican and conceravative. But this year, there is just absolutely no way I can vote democratic..even though it would make our stem cell stock go through the roof!..ahh that would be so nice! But I can't do it..just can't!!!

My2Beauties replied: To be honest I don't know if DF is going to vote because as he sees it he doesn't want to pick between the lesser of two evils rolleyes.gif but we like the same person. We are both pretty liberal people, I'm conservative on some views and so is he, we pretty much agree on everything!! I love my DF!!!! wub.gif

3xsthefun replied: DH and I will not be voting the same.

kit_kats_mom replied: Nope. We vote differently. We have some lively debates around here but neither of us has swayed the other. LOL

coasterqueen replied:
Wow I really hope your DF does vote. I hate to hear people say they don't want to vote because of reasons like that. We have to have belief in our system and honestly can't complain about our country and how it stands if we don't vote. sad.gif

Maddie&EthansMom replied: I agree that everyone needs to vote. My parents never have voted I dont' guess, but my dad is always the first to complain. rolleyes.gif

DH and I will always vote the same. We agree on everything. thumb.gif

A&A'smommy replied: Dh and I are voting the same (he voted without me today dry.gif ) we are republican... I couldn't vote for someone who is FOR abortion mad.gif

Jamison'smama replied: Nope--we cancel each other out.

Kaitlin'smom replied: we will be this year

paradisemommy replied: yep same votes here!! wink.gif

maestra replied: I voted no, because I vote and dh doesn't. He said this year that he refuses to "choose between a douche bag and a turd sandwich". If you watched South Park on Comedy Central recently, you'll get the refrence.

I can't possibly endorse the man who created "Every child left behind". 2cents.gif

aspenblue1 replied: We voted the same this year.

MyBlueEyedBabies replied: We don't always agree but it seems like on this election we are pretty much the same on everything.

jcc64 replied: Vote the same. As many of you know, I'm a hopeless liberal and proud of it. So is dh, although on some economic issues he's more mainstream than I am.
