Positive thoughts requested - potential house buyers

Our realtor is their realtor too so we will get all the info. We have the perfect house for them--their house is in contract so they are motivated!!!!

We don't--as soon as an offer comes in we are making plans to head there to house hunt. We know the suburb we are looking in, I have a realtor and am getting daily emails of houses available--it is a buyers market there too so we should find something fairly quickly.
