Please pray for my sister today.

Mommieto2Girls wrote: My sister (happymom) went to the hospital today she has to have a whole checkup. She has some kind of blood clots in her chest , that explode and cause chest pains, she has been taking asprin to keep her blood thin and now she has stopped it for the past 2 weeks to see what happens, so she went to the doc and they are doing a whole checkup and they are going to hook her up to a machine and for her heart for a whole day. There also doing blood work and urinalysis test and some other stuff but not to sure.

I would just like everyone that can to keep her in there thoughts that everything will go ok . I am watching Brianna now and she is playing with Maddie, they are so cute together playing. I am just so worried about her and I hope everything will be ok.

Mommieto2Girls replied: She's already home , she has a holter moniter( 24 hour heart moniter), on she has these things stuck to her chest and ribs. She has to go back tomorrow and they take it off and check the results , then at 2pm she goes in for a echocardiogram, and a list of test but she's not exactly sure what they all are.

So tomorrow will be a big day and I hope everything will be ok.

The moniter is inside the white bag, and it has a teddy bear holding a heart on it, lol.

Schnoogly replied: Yeah I've heard of these (from my heart defects board, some babies have had to have them but not mine) It monitors the rhythm of the heart right? Hope she's ok, clots near the heart are scary!!

Yes it moniters the rhythm of the heart. She has heart palpitations also. Anurysms run in the family along with heart attacks, so they are going to go through everything and check. It's a scary feeling inside cause one day it could be me.
