Please choose - yummy desserts
mysweetpeasWil&Wes wrote: I belong to a Gourmet Club which consists of 6 couples. We meet at someone's home every other month where the host chooses a theme and makes dinner. We each bring something. The host has asked me to make a "fall" dessert. She suggested something with apples, perhaps a cobbler. But I'm trying to branch out a bit. So I've looked through my most recent copy of Bon Apetit and picked a few recipes that I found interesting. The mousse and tirimisu are always a hit, and I've made them before, but I'm still not set on which to make. Please choose which one stands out to you! Thanks

Calimama replied: I voted the for Raspberry Cobbler. They all sound good.

My3LilMonkeys replied: I voted for the butterscotch pudding....homemade butterscotch is to die for!
CantWait replied: I LOVE Tirimisu, but sticking with the fall theme, I went for the pear thing with the goat cheese stuff, sounds yummy and different to me.
A&A'smommy replied: mmm it all sounds good I voted for the first one it sounded REALLY good!!!
coasterqueen replied: I didn't vote because I had a hard time choosing, but i agree with this.
I'm tossed up between the last three.
AlexsPajamaMama replied: butterscotch pudding yumo
MommyToAshley replied: MMMMM
You mean you can actually make those? I shy away from anything with more than three ingredients...LOL.
Seriously, all of them sound yummy. That's one lucky group having dinner. Let us know what you decide and how it turns out.
Boo&BugsMom replied: I LOVE Tirimisu!!!! That was my vote!
mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: Thanks for voting you guys! This really helps. So far the plum raspberry cobbler is winning out, which is actually the one I was leaning towards. It seems sorta basic, but plums are sorta new and interesting (and cheap ). And since the host suggested cobbler, maybe I should do what she wants! Keep the votes coming if you will.
bawoodsmall replied: Tirimisu is my love. Will you give me the recipe? I am not a fancy cook but I would be willing to give it a whirl. The goat cheese pear tartlet sounds good too. Good luck on choosing. They all sound so good.
PrairieMom replied: I voted for the goat cheese one. It sounds fun, and exotic, it would probably be the only time I would eat goat cheese.
holley79 replied: Dark chocolate and espresso mousse with Grand Marnier
This sounds so good!!!
lisar replied: That was my choice also. CHOCOLATE!!!!!
HuskerMom replied: That's what I picked too. Do you have a recipe for that?
