Pictures from the weekend...

We hung out in the lazy river and the wave pool or kiddie pool most of the time. On the way back we drove thru Turner Falls and looked at the falls...it was nice and brought back lots of childhood memories. The kids were A-N-G-E-L-S. Especially Ethan. I just expected him to pitch a fit in the car, but he was quiet and in a great mood the whole time. Well, we did have the DVD player in the car so that helped. Scotty taught him "Gimme Five" on the way home. So he will hold out his hand and yell "Gimme FI"!!! now.  And he will give you five. It's cute.
Sunday we drove around some. It wasn't the best day. I wasn't feeling well (I get car sick) and I was under the impression that we were driving towards something, getting out, walking around, etc. Instead of just driving around in the middle of nowhere.  He said something about it being his weekend to relax. I told him "No, it is your weekend to spend time with your family and if you wanted to relax you should have gone to a hotel somewhere." Anyway, we got that out of the way...
Yesterday was better. I got up and went to the gym and when I came home he mowed. We pretty much just sat around all day and did nothing. I cooked okra, corn casserole and (fresh) blackeyed peas for lunch.  Talk about a southern lunch.
That's it in a nutshell. Nothing too exciting, but it was definetly relaxing.
