Ugh, I don't know what it's called, but their whole "Buddy" system really bugs me. The older kids always take care of a younger one, like they are the parent. That's not right. I don't think their kids really get to BE kids, you know?

If you looked in their pantry & freezer, it's all processed food. Cheap junk, too. They could at least make an effort to eat healthy foods.

Mollie the kids I remember have gotten so big! Your boys are handsome young men now! You def have some cookie cutter cuties there!


Your oldest son's t-shirt had me cracking up! Our godson used that phrase on us whenever we would try and tell him anything 1/2 disiplinary He was only 3 at the time and our nephew had gotten him to say it in the exact inflection and tone as Cartman I would try so hard to keep a straight face but NEVER could!

I figured the Duggars were a hot topic; I want to avoid that if possible .

Just the girls. The boys' hair is so thick, I can hardly cut it with the clippers.

I hope a boy is next . A psychic predicted 2 more boys for us, possibly twins, born when there's snow outside. We'll see though .

She has the same look in her eye as my sister Gwen...That Yes I know I am not allowed to BUT if I really want to I can take the punishment Gwen is an incredible 18 year old now but she is the one who would climb out the window to go play in the backyard and then comein and tell on herself! She also wore cowboy boots with all her church dresses! I thought she was going to drive my mom insane!

mommy~to~a~bunch replied: OMG Abbie...Hannah is like that too. Thinks she can do whatever she pleases, and not get into any trouble. Both Hannah & Kayla can be such tomboys; they get out in the mud more than the boys did. All these girls are wrapped around DH's fingers. He acts like a big tough guy, but she's such a softie .

LOL, yeah, Abby gets anything she wants, which is usually just Mama!!

I think I understand your DH's need for a FFL! Bill swears he will be in the livingroom with all of his hunting rifles in front of him when the first boy comes to pick Taylor up...He says he will be calm and quite as he slowly cleans his guns and then at the last minute as they walk out the door-He will say "One more thing Boy...I ain't afraid to go back to prison...." I crack up everytime now but the thing is I think he will truly do it!

punkeemunkee'smom replied: I tell him that he has never been to prison and if he has firearms that would be obvious...he says some 17-18 year old boy will never be that smart I reminded him he told Taylor she can't date til she is 30 so some 35 year old man may be!

As for the older brothers,I feel so sorry for my youngest sister! She has 4 brothers right above her and one below...I don't think that poor girl has a chance of having a boyfriend make it through! I have one sister who got married last year and my mom said the boys were trying to kill he (now) husband on the football field the first time she brought him home!

Yeah, they are leg warmers for babies/kids called Huggalugs. I've sewn some, but they aren't as good & don't stay up as well.
