Party at Kimberley's House - You're All Invited!

Kirstenmumof3 wrote: Hi everyone! Much needed grown-up conversation! Spencer and I are doing great! Spencer was so excited to take the Subway to Kimberleys house and finally meet his penpal (James). But he read every subway stop on the map!

We're having a great time with Kimberley & Jamie and there children Jacob, James, Jade (who still won't talk to me) and Kaileigh. And Terri & Mike (who wil soon be arriving with Thomas) and Matthew. Thomas didn't come right away because he had a little bit of a cold and Terri wasn't sure if he should be around Spencer. Well since I have a cold, I figure it's okay!

Spencer went a little nuts at Dollariama buying presents for his new friends. I'm sure that all the parents are going to be thrilled when they try to put there kids to bed tonight!

We're taking lots of pictures and will post them as soon as I can. Terri will probably post them sooner!

Miss you all very much and I can't wait to get home!

Oh and the Hotel we are staying it is way to expensive! Spencer and I had breakfast our first morning and it cost us $43.00!

I had a ham omlette, hashbrowns and toast and Spencer had scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, bacon and toast. And we both had tea. And there were no prices on the menu, so I had no idea how much anything cost! But we charged it to the room. THANK YOU DH for sending that visa along with us!

booey2 replied: Well we just got home about 15 minutes ago and the boys couldn't stop talking about how much fin they had. Jade thought she was coming home with us because I asked her to come visit another day, she stood there with her shoes in her hand and saying goodbye to her mom. She is precious. Kaleigh is beyond description, she is one happy baby.

Thank you Kimberley and Jamie for hosting such a great time. Thomas is now in bed and Matthew will be following him very shortly. They are both pooped. They had a great time today but probably won't cherish the time as much as we three girls will. Can't wait til we can do it again, sooner rather than later, hoping for the middle of October maybe??????

I did take all kinds of pictures but the cable to download/upload them here is downstairs and I think I have to do some editing before posting them here. I took about 30 pictures can't wait to share them - most likely will be in the morning because once the boys are finally asleep we are going to relax with a movie in the basement and enjoy some quiet time.

It was so nice to meet you Kirsten and Spencer. You are both incredible people. If you ever just wanna come up and have a breather you are more then welcome, give us a call and we are only 2 minutes from the subway station. Thank you Kirsten for your generousity the bags and gifts were greatly appreciated, just wish we could do more for you and Spencer.

Thanks again for a great day, even with the rainy weather we are having the whole gang didn't have a clue it was so dreary as the sun was shinning today at Kimberley's place.


We wish you could have been there with us today too, you were all in our thoughts.

Spencer and I unfortunately got lost on the way back to the hotel and ended up walking in the rain for a while! Good think I asked for directions back to the hotel! Spencer got his second wind as soon as we got home and didn't get to bed until after 11:00 ! Needless to say we are tired today!

We are visiting my DH's Aunt today, having dinner and going to see DH's cousin and her children.

Can't wait to see both of you again!

Normally it is, but for us we always get lost getting back to the hotel! We just ended up walking through a building that we had never been in before! But today, we know to go to the Bay St. exit!
