Scooter is a shitzu.. and spolied worse then any kid..lol!!

Ughhhhh.. how how how do I get him to sit still and do that??? I try and try all the time but he will not sit still and I am petrified that I will hit his eye I called and the groomer will not do it until he;s had his nest set of needles and that's in another month and it's gross around his eyes now. I wipe it all the time but it's still icky????
