Our Weekend Getaway - Cocoa Beach

It was Sophia's first hotel stay, and she loved it! She ran around the room exploring, and spent at least an hour each day having one of us chase her through the closet with the sliding doors She loved the ocean, too... or the "lotion" as she calls it She made us stand in the surf with her all day, and I couldn't go lounge on the blanket like I wanted to She also loved collecting shells and chasing the birds around the beach. She did fall out of bed once during the night, despite the chairs I had lining her side of the bed. She wasn't hurt, though, and fell right back asleep once I picked her up. And even though I had spf 50 sunblock on her, she still managed to get a great tan! I'm so jealous of her skin tone... I had to stay covered head to toe so that I wouldn't burn to a crisp.

When she was covered with sand she looked just like a cinnamon coated donut

BTW, be glad she doesn't have closet doors like that at home. Kylie's closet doors are the mirrored sliding ones and she likes to play that game with them at least 2x a night. THat was a game DH could have skipped teaching her.

Mommy2M replied: Yes, lets see some pictures!!! You and your daughter sound like Myself and mine!! I FRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY in the sun, and my Meadow with sunblock on gets an even nicer tan than the one she wears all year round!

A&A'smommy replied: AWWww Ya'll sound like you had a GREAT time! Thats wonderful and I'm jealous lol oh and I'm especially jealous of the tan I have to burn to tan I'm going to quit doing that though it will do REALLY bad things to your skin. Anyway glad you had a good time!
