Our New House - Pics

We're moving THIS WEEKEND! We're so excited, this house is about twice the size of our current home and we have much, much more yard.

Which walls? I have like 3 different shades of what is essentially a tan, and a shade of a green.

We painted over the paneling. I decided if it didnt look good, we could always put up drywall. I like it OK. I'd really like to put drywall in the living room just b/c the paneling wasnt in such good shape BUT its not going to happen now, I'm sick of renovations and out of $$. Later, maybe. We plan to add on a master suite and very big master bath after 4-5 yrs (and hopefully a hot tub outside, I'm hoping!) so maybe we'll do it then since we'll be in the middle of more renovations.

I'm thinking of the tan in the bedrooms, specifically the boys' room if it's different than the master.

Just an idea to toss out for you....she's thinking of filling in the ridges between panels and using spray texture instead of drywalling. Sounds like a pain to me but may be fairly easy.

I believe its slightly different in the boys room than the master. I will have to go check out the paint can & let you know.
