3xsthefun wrote: Ok..I took like a dozen pictures before I picked what to post. I hate posting pictures of myself, because I know how awful I look. sleep.gif But here they are. smile.gif
I will probaby delete them off my photobucket account after today anyways.

Oh, and since I am posting pictures. I need like serious styling advice. I look like a poodle. I wish I could get my hair straigter or not so dang on curly. Any one have good tips. And you can see how frizzy it is still. rolleyes.gif

You know it is really strange. When my hair grows out longer it is not that curly. But soon as I cut it short it gets really curly.

moped replied: You have gorgeous curls girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is a nice length for you!!!!!!!!!!!!

coasterqueen replied: Oh I think it looks GREAT on you. thumb.gif Again, don't be so hard on yourself, although we are always our worst critic. happy.gif Have you tried a flat iron? That might help with making it more straight. As far as the frizz, I still stand firm on Silk. Kylie's hair is absolutely out of control with curl. I mean she gets those banana tight curls that are just crazy and then if you take a comb or brush through it it frizzes beyond belief. Silk tames it for sure.

You know one thing that tames my frizz is to not air dry it. I know blow drying is bad for the hair, which is why I only do it every other day and after I use the heat setting I use the cool setting. If I blow dry it before my hair gets dry, I get less frizz. Then I use the flat iron to "tame" it a bit.

Kaitlin'smom replied: I love your curls they are way more defined than mine. Give it time and play with it. Do you have a flat iron or even a BIG curling iron? there really is lots you can do, and looks like you can wash and go as well.

mummy2girls replied: looks good! personally i like curly hair. plus pregnancy can make your hair really frizzie and curly!

mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: You have beautiful curls and I like the length! I don't have any advice as to what products to use...I have wavy hair, but not as great of curls as you have.

From the front picture, I could see you with a little more bangs. But nothing too heavy! You look great! Good color...is that your natural color?? It's beautiful! thumb.gif

Hillbilly Housewife replied: Oh Tina I'd love to have curls like you!! I've got really tight small curls... I can't even run my fingers through it.

And does Maegy ever look like you!!! You look great!!

3xsthefun replied: Thanks, for all of the kind comments. You all have really made me feel good. happy.gif

Actually, I just colored it about two weeks ago. I was trying to get it close as I could to my natural color. I think I got it about right.

I have to say though we are our own worst critics at times.

Rocky, thanks but I think she looks more like her daddy. laugh.gif I will have find a picture later of him and post it next to a picture of Maegy.

Mommy2BAK replied: Oh my gosh your curls are BEAUTIFUL!!!! No fair! bawling.gif

I think your hair looks really good. As far as frizz and stuff, I'm the wrong one to give advice, I have to use root boost to make mine have any body at all.

CantWait replied: I have hair much like hairs. Very curly when it's short, takes a little more effort when it's longer ( I think it has to do with it being more dead and thinner when it's longer). When I want it straight I usually dry it with a hair dryer and a round brush, then use the flat iron on it.

sparkys2boys replied: I love the curls!! I wish I had some curl to my hair.. it is straight as a board. I could also see you with some bangs as another post said. Looks great as is too!!!

Hillbilly Housewife replied:
Sure! smile.gif

lisar replied: I wish I had curly hair. I like it though.

3xsthefun replied: Thanks everyone!

I don't have a curling iron or a flat iron right now. I plan to buy both soon. My others went bad.

Rocky, I'm still trying to find a good picture, before I post anything. smile.gif

Kaitlin'smom replied: well if you want the flexability of streight or losser curls I suggest the 1.5 inch curling iron. I am able to get streight hair with it as well as big soft curls. Then a flat iron.

3xsthefun replied:
Ok..thanks. I will have to look for one next time I go to the store.

MyBrownEyedBoy replied: Tina, I love it. Isn't it funny how those with curly hair always wish it was straight and those with straight always wish for some curls. I think the length you chose was perfect. And the color is fabulous.
