So, right now I have a huge weakness for flip flops, I love Reef, Roxy.......I LOVE flip flops, but with my job I can't wear them to work, so for work I have all colors of wedges and strappy sandals.

For winter it is pumps and pointy toes and mary janes and dressy boots in all colors.

I own 1 pair of runners, lets be serious they have lasted me years!

So if I had to guess I would say I have 20 pair of shoes on the go currently......meaning ones that i wear and love

I have 1 pair of sandles, 1 brown mule, 1 black mule, and black boots, all Born.

I don't know how many dress shoes I have. Maybe 5 pair? I also have white birkenstock mules, and pink Crocks for work, and 1 pair of sneakers that I bought when I was PG with The Boy. I really need a new pair of Sneakers, but now I'm on this darn debt diet...

CantWait replied: I own I think 9 or 10 pairs. My biggest weakness are flip flops. I have 4 or 5 pairs of those.

flip flops I have 5 pair but I got them very cheep I think I mgiht have paid at them most $3 a pair

other wise I have OMG I think I have 20-25 other pairs of shoes and I am NOT a shoe shopper, however I know a couple of them I dont wear like my wedding shoes, a pair I got just for time warp prom I went to, old suade boots (I dunno if they fit any more) I also have a few I need to get rid of as I wore them out. And lets not forget my roller skates

I dont have any weakness in shoes I have a hard time finding ones I like that fit so when I buy them they last for as long as I can. I do need to go through them.

when I lived in Califrnia I would wear them 365 days a year...and now in Colorado it is not unheard of for me to be out wearing them when it starts snowing..i do try to change into something a little more appropriate then I have 2 pairs of Reef's a pair of Croc's, Sketchers, a few more pairs that I don't remember the brand. Past that I have probably 4 pairs of athletic shoes that I rotate, 3 pairs of no name Ugg type boots, a few pairs of nice shoes from when I worked in an office but I don't think they have seen light in 4 years, and then my regualr Crocs which I wear a lot too.

In my "active duty" stash, that I wear and love, I have:

3 prs of golf shoes
7 prs of cowboy boots
4 prs of flip flops (my favorites I got at a drugstore for $1.99!)
11 prs of sandals of varying styles, wedges, ankle wrap arounds, dressy/strappy
2 pr tennies
3 pr open toe pumps


I also have my "fall/winter reserve" that is only about 11 pr, mostly heeled boots and pumps, one pair of heeled mary janes.

So all together, 41 yikes, I'm like Carrie on Sex and the City when she wonders why she's broke and then looks at her shoes ....

My weakness used to be cowboy boots because I was barrel racing and had to have a pair to muck up, a pair with rubber soles for snow/ice, a black pair, brown pair, ropers, dress pair, and my Leopard print Lucchese, but now it's wedge sandals.

I have only Summer shoes in my closet now..and winter shoes put up!

But I love flip flops too! I don't have any crocs! I love roxy's too! I love Wal Mart ones.. I might have 7pairs.

I have about 10 pair of wedges. wedgies as my husband says!

I have maybe 25-30 pair in my active summer collection..lol

And 2 pair of runners.

I go walking after work.. and I think I might have 3 pair of shoes in my vehicle where I change..lol

mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: I LOVE shoes, but I'm not a good shopper! I actually don't like to shop...although I LOVE fashion. It's strange. So I really only own maybe 10 pairs or so and they range from flip-flops, to fashionable tennies, to cute flats, to pumps (both open toe and pointy). A pair of Ugg style boots for the winter too.

I was at the mall today and since I'm no longer PG...I want to SHOP!! So I'm going back over the weekend to do some much needed damage (without the kids)!

Our Lil' Family replied: I just counted mine, I have exactly 30! Of those 16 are on my closet floor and 14 are in boxes on my closet shelf. One of those is my wedding shoes and one is some dyed pink shoes I have to wear in my BF's wedding in two weeks, but they are FINE so I'll dye them black and wear them again.
Of the 16 on the floor, I probably wear about 5 pair regularly, 2 pairs of flip flops, one brown dressy, and 2 or 3 black dressy.

Now I see why DH thinks I have too many shoes, I wear the same ones all the time!

Jackie012007 replied: ooooh I love shoes... probably have about 25 pairs. My favorite is Old Navy flip flops... the minute the snow melts here I am in them until the snow comes back. I also admit, I am a brand name w@#$e when it comes to shoes. New Balance is the brand I wear for sneakers because they last FOREVER. I love ADIDAS flip flops too, very comfy but sturdy. Winter shoes are black and brown chunky boots (I love American Eagle) and black mary janes for dress up. I also have a pair of Birk suede clogs (carl calls them my Vermont lesbian shoes ) that I live in. I can't do heels, I've broken both ankles and broken my patella in half playing hockey, so I need realtively flat shoes... no wicked cute heels . But I love anything with a lift because I'm only 5 feet tall!

2 pr summer dress shoes
2 pr year round dress shoes
2 pr dress boots

That's all...so 9 pairs of shoes. All very plain, boring shoes. I would rather be barefoot any day!

My birkenstocks, my cross trainers and my black penny loafer types.

So, no I am not a shoe horse, but if we were to talk about bath stuff, now THAT is my weakness. I can't walk down those aisles in the store without picking stuff up. Oh, and chapsticks. I love chapsticks and lip gloss.

Brias3 replied: One of my vices is definitely shoes so I have a ton. I wear most on a regular basis, if they fit the season. All together, I probably have about 20 pairs in circulation for summer but total collection is probably between 35 and 40

Lynda836 replied: I am a terrible shopper. I love shoes....the one thing that continues to fit regardless when and where I gain weight. I find it really hard to find shoes that fit...I need a wide and lots of stores don't carry them. I also wear a uniform to work so I've really gotten lazy with shopping. My favories right now are my aerosoles sandals....they are as comfortalbe as my sneakers!! So worth the money I paid.
