Ok..I need some suggestions - girl names
3xsthefun wrote: Ok, I need some suggestions for girl names. I have already went over a few names I liked with Rob. He didn't seem that interested in any of them.
Here is a few names we have already went over: Adrianne, Lillian, Jillian, and Haylee.
We pretty much already have a boy name picked out, Ryan. But we are having a hard time with a girl name. Well mostly I am having hard time finding one I like.
So please help?
hopefulmomtobe replied: I am in the same boat, thank goodness I will find out what I am having at 16 weeks, well that is when they are going to try and see.
I have Jake as a boys name, but we are stuck on a girls name too. I like Jaiden but seems like some people say that sounds boyish...I think it is unisex. I also like Madison and Emma.
I like Haylee, I think that is really cute.
Good luck deciding, it is such a hard decission! We may even wait if we have a girl to see her first and then decide, unless we come up with something grand before then!
lisar replied: I like Haylee... That ones pretty.
3xsthefun replied: I like Haylee also, but Rob doesn't like that name.
I was actually seeing if anyone had any other suggestions besides these names.
Hopefully if the baby cooperates, we will be able find out what it is in 2 more weeks. I will little over 19 weeks.
Kaitlin'smom replied: for girls I like
Erika Carolline Elizabeth Kira Stephanie Suzanne Lauren Nicole Sara
those are just a few
I think my sister has settled on Mikayla (not sure how she will spell it)
MyBrownEyedBoy replied: Kelly is a good name.
PrairieMom replied: I really want a Molly, if DH ever lets me have another.
3xsthefun replied: Thanks for all of the suggestions.
Di- out of those names I do like Lauren and Sara. I kinda like Caroline to, but I have a neighbor with that name.
Kelly- I like your name. I would really consider it and I have before. But my brothers ex-fiance is also Kelly. Not that she is a bad person it just seems strange naming a child after my brothers (ex) in a way.
Tara- I like the name Molly, but I have a cousin with that name. And really don't want name the baby after her.
I kind of like Alyson also, with this spelling. I actually thought about it last time I was pregnant. But we liked Maegan better.
I don't know I'm having a really hard time here coming up with a name. I know I have plenty of time. It is just kinda hard specially knowing how hard it was for us to pick a name last time.
flirtycuddle replied: When we got preg with my daughter df and I fought so hard on girl names. I wanted Destiny and he said that was a strippers name and I didn't like anything else he had to suggest. Finally we agreed on Jacqueline but didnt get her middle name till she was born lol. Jacqueline was decided when I was 8 months lol.
mckayleesmom replied: I really like Jillian....I like all the names you picked really, but the others are a little more popular and Jillian..although a well known name is more of a classic type name.......Does that make sense? Plus you can break it up in alot of nicknames......Jilly, Jill, etc
boyohboyohboy replied: for girls we like emma madison rachel rylee abigail sidney
i like molly a lot too, but my dh had a dog by that name growing up so he wont agree to it.
Hillbilly Housewife replied: I'd say Jillian or Lillian....
just because you have the "in" sound. (spelling is just to reflect the ending sound, I know your dds' names aren't spelled this way... )
KaitLIN MaeGIN and JilliIN or LilliIN
MotherForever2043 replied: Dito For a girls name I have chosen Makayla and if it's a boy, Jordan.
JadensMama05 replied: I really want a Molly too. Jaden woulda been Molly. Then her name woulda been Molly Maryann Martin
I really like all four of those names but I think I like Lillian the best. It's so classic, romantic.
cameragirl21 replied: LOVE the name Jillian. As for other names, I love the name Sydney for a girl, definitely would top my list if i were pg with a girl....
skinkybaby replied: Of course I like Grace and Caroline, but I also like Hannah, Erin, Sophia, Julia, Diana, Regan...
I have to say though that I LOVE Jillian. I never even thought of that when we were deciding girl names!
3xsthefun replied: Thanks for all of your suggestions. I will have to go over some of these names with Rob.
I like the name Jillian but I do not care for the nicknames come with the name. I keep going back to the name for some reason though.
I also like Lillian and like it better then Jillian only cause I like the nickname for Lillian, Lilly/Lily better.
I know it seems like I'm being picky and I hate being that way. I just want to find a name that I know that is the one.
My2Beauties replied: I like Adrianne! That's cute!
ZandersMama replied: If I had a girl her name was going to be Laura, or Zephira
HuskerMom replied: I like Haylee too, that's pretty. It's so hard to pick just one and then it's even harder to agree on one with the SO If mine had been a girl we were going to name her Isabelle Laine. I also like Natalie. Boys names were easier, I like Kenny and Cole. My DH suggested Angus (he loves ACDC obviously) but I shot down that name quick I really like Ford Edsels so I suggested Edsel (only half joking) and he shot it down just as quick
3xsthefun replied: Well Jillian and Adrianne is now off the list.
So far our choices are: Hailee, Lauren, Lillian, Alyson, Kayleigh, and Sara.
I actually mentioned Hailee again to Rob and he didn't say anything bad about it. So we will see.
I asked my mom yesterday which one she liked best. She liked Hailee, Lauren and then Lillian.
Anyways maybe we will have a name picked some time in the near future.
Opps..left out a word.
boyohboyohboy replied: we always take the name list to the hosp with us, because as soon as we saw the baby the name was never the name we went there with before we saw him... we always change it..
Boo&BugsMom replied: Welcome to our club. We are so undecided too. What stinks more is that being a teacher and daycare provider for so many years now, a few of my favorite names are ruined for me due to some horrible kids in the past. UGH!
If we were having a girl, it would have been Trinity. I like the name and the meaning (Holy Trinity). Out of your list I like Haylee amd Jillian. I have good memories of both those names.
Boys r us replied: Paisley(wanted to name Allie that..but it didn't sound right with our last name)
Alyson(love that)
Olivia
Emmersyn
Sydney
Kaia (if ever I have another girl..this would be her name)
Jamison'smama replied: I like unisex names (hence the name Jamison)
I like Weston and Preston for girls
I also like Claire, Reece, Chloe, Catherine, Kate, Gretchen, and Julia.
paradisemommy replied: i like sydney, paige, savannah, sierra, sabrina, selina, aysia and abigail (i think i like the nickname abby more)

sparkys2boys replied: I love the name Madison Avery.. or Avery as a first name
TANNER'S MOM replied: Okay I know I am weird..but I love the name Ryan for a girl or a boy. I like Ryan Grace ..Ryan Ann.. uber cowgirl..Ryan Rope...lolol Okay that one is out there..
You can spell it different Ryeann...but I do like boys names for girl.. I like Randi or even Chase for a girl.. I am odd I know. But if you love it for a boy..why not think of it for a girl
Boo&BugsMom replied: A friend of ours has a little girl with the middle name Ryan (her daddy's name). Her full name is Selah Ryan and I think it's a gorgeous name.
siblingtooolivia replied: I LOVE Molly too - but I am also very partial to Harley....but it has to fit the little girl- I have a wonderful memory of a Harley....
