Oh how I hate thunderstorms

lisar replied: I am dealthy scared of lighting. And there is a Tornado about 1 mile from me heading away from me thank god. Every afternoon here in Florida it rains really bad. Lighting and all.

HuskerMom replied: I love thunderstorms! We've been in a flash flood warning all day today and yesterday. It poured yesterday and is sprinkling today. I love hearing the thunder and watching the lightning. If I was 20 years younger I'd go run through the puddles.

Mommy2BAK replied: I LOVE STORMS!!!! Expect for the fact that we live in tornado ally, so that can be a little scary... but when its not tornado season I love laying in bed and listening to the storm!

We are under a sever thunderstorm watch or whatever. All of our streets are flooded. Downtown is WAY FLOODED which isn't hard to do, but that is where my mom works, and I have the kids, so I guess she will be late picking them up ..

I like to sleep in the rain, but not the lightening and thunder, it even scares the dog ...

Like I said you are not alone. We need the rain though to put out the fires we have had cause it was so darn dry here.

indywndy_04 replied: I love love love them too. I grew up in Fl where we had a ton at any given time and lots of hurricanes...as long as you stay safe and smart, you will get through them fine.

Me too, me too! It's probably my favorite thing in the whole world to do just that and snuggle up with the kids and watch for lightening, just like my mom and I did when I was little
