Oh Yeah! THAT's why I love him...

So I was cooking dinner and looking out the back window and saw him playing with Keegan and Conner outside. It was the sweetest thing. They were having so much fun out there with Daddy. It made my heart feel so good because it's one of those moments you would flash to in your mind when you think of the "good old days" when the kids were young. He was just simply watching Keegan go up the playground ladder while throwing a football with Conner. Then a little later he was pushing them both on the swings. When he brought Keegan in and tried to put him down he wouldn't let his feet touch the ground because he wanted to be with Daddy. They really love their Daddy and that is just one of the million reasons why I love their Daddy!!!!
Maddie&EthansMom replied: I know exactly what you mean. I had one of those moments the other day and got all teary eyed.
CantWait replied: My heart always melts a little whenever I see Ron and the kids together too.
MommyToAshley replied: That is just the sweetest story ever .... pass the kleenex.
redchief replied: Great story. Your kids are lucky to have a daddy that seems to enjoy being with them as much as they do him.

It happened to me yesterday. (We've been together for 16 years now, so we've BTDT more times than I can count)
We actually had a good day.... and then last night, just little things were making me all edgy and finally I said to him "OMG you are getting on my nerves this evening!!!' He (all innocently) asks "What did I do???" .... I respond "I DON"T KNOW BUT I AM GOING TO BED!!!"
So, I stomped off to the bedroom and he was sitting on the couch all confused looking!!
LOL... he doesn't know if he is coming or going with me sometimes....
Considering the time of the month... I am thinking it's PMS
TheOaf66 replied: I like when my son is like that with me
Kaitlin'smom replied: passing tissues all around
awweee how sweet.
Bee_Kay replied: LOL! When DH got up this morning (I was up before him), I apologized for being all PMSy last night.
He smiled and said "I don't know what I did, but I wasn't gonna bother to find out last night! I chose the better of 2 alternatives... just shut up and let you go to bed!!"
3xsthefun replied: How sweet!
My2Beauties replied: That is so sweet, I cherish those moments that I see Brian and Hanna playing together, it's the sweetest thing.

AlexsPajamaMama replied: Aww how sweet is that!? I love those moments too!
KingMom replied: I had a moment like that yesterday....
Colin is a very busy boy, never sits for more than a minute while awake, unless eating.
Anyway...my DH wasn't feeling well yesterday and called in sick to work last night. He was lying on the couch trying not to move too much, so he wouldn't feel so sick.
Colin climbed on the couch and just laid down with his daddy, it was so sweet, I just wanted to cry (the PG hormoned don't help though). It was so cute, he must have stayed up there for 20 minutes or so until bath/bed time. He just adores his daddy and so do I, even if he does lots of things I think are dumb
C&K*s Mommie replied: Talk about priceless moments.... that you would not forget.
Halo42101 replied: Awww, that's so sweet! What a special family moment.
