MyBrownEyedBoy replied: Geez, it just seems like the teething never stops in our house. He spent half the summer cutting top teeth, now this is starting. And the surgery, I can't catch a break. But wait a minute, he'll be on narcotics for a while. Now is the perfect time to cut teeth. Silver lining, anyone?

I read somewhere awhile ago to rub a gentle electric toothbrush over his gums. I did that with the triplets..it was a godsend

MyBrownEyedBoy replied: I may have to try the toothbrush trick. We use a finger brush right now, but he really likes to bite my finger when we do that.

punkeemunkee'smom replied: Oh poor little guy! Molars HURT! Zylactin makes a gel for their gums that cools the gum not just numbs it-we couldn't do orajel because Tay would gag cuz it numbed her throat and she didn't like the way it felt. I put it in the fridge just for good measure!



I am ALL FOR the silver lining here girl! May they ALL come in next week when he won't be bugged by them!
