OMG I am so mad - Raygens birthday party

Great customer service. Their bad, they should fix it. Did you "politely" explain to them how many people in the community you know (whether you do or not). And how "Bad Experiences" travel 13 x faster and color people's judgement more so then good experiences?

Think about it, you listen when somebody says "Oh don't go there, they're horrible" more so then, "Yeah they were pretty good".

lisar replied: Thanks everyone. The thing is, is that all the companys here in town that do the inflatables are all locally owned and ran out of the home. So the person we were dealing with was the owner and just didnt care. I have now rented another one from a diffrent company that I kinda like more anyways.

Oh I did my neighbor was getting the exact same one for her dd 16th birthday party and I told her lastnight what they done so she said she isnt going with them. I was kinda happy about that.
