No Fair!
PrairieMom wrote: Guess who showed up this morning? AF! I thought BF was supposed to keep her away! I just stoped my post partum bleeding 4 weeks ago, and here I am, regular as ever.
coasterqueen replied: Are you sure? Could it be spotting from before OR could it just be spotting in general? Wait and see But I must admit I got mine much quicker the second time around than I did the first.
PrairieMom replied: oh yeah. totally sure. It happened that way with The Boy too, but I just figured it was because I was pumping, not nursing.
coasterqueen replied: Sorry, that does stink.
MyLuvBugs replied: I did the same thing. Be lucky you had 4 weeks in between. Mine was only 2 and then regular as ever.
Jamison'smama replied: Oh man, I got 16 months out of it. Isn't it strange how different women's bodies react?
holley79 replied: Sorry sweetie. I don't like her either.
MommyToAshley replied: I was hoping to get at least a year, but my AF showed up after only 4 months. It's not fair, I agree.
mysweetpeasWil&Wes replied: Bummer! I was going to ask the same thing Karen did...maybe just the PP bleeding went away for a little bit and then returned?? Mine gets lighter some days and heavier again. But if you're sure, you know your body! I didn't get mine back until I weaned Wil at 8.5 months, so I'm hoping for the same thing...but we will see!
~Roo'sMama~ replied: Sorry! That really stinks. I got mine back after 2 months too, and I'd only been done with my PP bleeding for 2 weeks.
AlexsPajamaMama replied: icky
ashtonsmama replied: Bummer. I'm sorry! I guess every woman is different...
moped replied: Gosh I nursed Jack for 6 months and didn't AF for 1 year after he was born
PrairieMom replied: Yeah. My PP bleeding has been done for just over 4 weeks so I'm sure it isn't that. Plus, I am tired, irritable, and have body aches. Looking back on it, its totally how I PMS. It's just been so long I didn't recognize it.
mamasbigbaby replied: That stinks
holley79 replied: I wonder if you will be regular though. AF paid me a visit after only a month but I have only had one other period. Maybe you will skip a month or so. I could only hope.
Kirstenmumof3 replied: Claudia was 4 1/2 months when AF started again, but it was very irregular. With Spencer AF started after 9 months. That's really early! Sorry to hear this!
