Newbie here and first time mom-to-be!

Hi all,
Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Kate and I am about 9 weeks pregnant. This will be our first baby and we were not planning, so I am still in a state of shock! My husband and I have been married for about 4 1/2 years and we live in Maryland. So far everything has been going okay, except for the morning, noon and night sickness - please tell me it will go away soon!

So, my due date is approx July 12.

In most cases, the morning sickness does go away by the 2nd trimester. In the meantime- ice pops, ginger ale, and saltines are a girls best friend.

I didn't get sick with my first child but have not feeling so great so far with this one. Hope it goes away soon!

I have had a time with morning noon and night sickness also, the only thing that has helped me is phenegran, its a RX but it makes you EXTREMELY TIRED. But, if your morning sickness gets too bad I would ask the doctor if he can give you something to help!!

I never got moring sickness, but I hope it goes away soon for you!

You came to the right place, everyone here is very helpful and supportive. A great place for a 1st time Mom, like myself!

BTW...my name is Ann. I'm 23 yrs old, and married for 3yrs. We have a son, Cameron, who is 21 months old. We are from California.
