New word...

We play the where's the body part game. And, when I ask her where her elbow is she grabs the part of her arm just below her elbow and says "elbob" (long emphasis on the "el" part) It's sooo cute, I have been asking her where her elbow is for the last three days just to hear it!
How about you, heard any new words or funny attempts lately?
MomToJade&Jordan replied: Jade has been trying to say Thank-you for the past few days it comes out like Thankee, but it's cute.
paradisemommy replied: we're working on please and it comes out...pula pula and he says it really high pitched
Jamison'smama replied: very cute!! Jamison's latest words are diaper---dipa and brushteeth-- busty
Maddie&EthansMom replied: Awwww! That is so sweet! It really takes me back to the days when Maddie started talking. I still say some of the words that she used to say. For instance when she wanted to take a bath she would say "Boca Baa" = "Take a Bath" It was so special when I knew everything she was saying and I thought her speech was very clear!
Kirstenmumof3 replied: Claudia doesn't say anything! After hearing all of these posts about everyones toddlers talking I'm starting to wonder if there isn't something wrong with her!
amynicole21 replied: Well, every kind of food is either pissa pissa (pizza) or kwakoooo (cracker). I just love to hear her little voice
MommyToAshley replied: A friend of mine had a third child that didn't talk until he was 2-1/2 years old. She was really worried before he started talking, but the Ped kept telling her it was because he was a third child and didn't have to ask for anything. The older siblings got everything and did everything for him so he didn't need to ask. And, the Ped said that with this being the third child, she probably anticipated his needs before he needed to ask. He is a little over 3 years old now and is talking great -- whole sentences and is very clear.
You can ask your Ped if you are concerned , but I bet it is because she has older siblings.
Kaitlin'smom replied: awww I love hearing Ashley talk.

MommyToAshley replied: Aweee, I can just picture all the babies trying to talk. Wouldn't it be kewl if we could get them all in a room together. I bet they'd have a blast!!
MomToMany replied: LOL, that's cute, M2A! Hannah's latest word is Thank you, which comes out like "tay-too"! It's SO cute, she will say it after you give her anything, from a cracker to hugs & kisses to supper!
Linda replied: Awh, i've got all that to come to, and i cant wait!
DansMom replied: What a fun age!! I love it when they really start saying words, and the cute ways they say them.
