This board has quite a few ivillage refugees. When they changed their format a couple of years ago, many of us left.

I have always found this to be a much more supportive, mature, caring group anyway. I do pop on to the Dec 04 EC & BFding boards now and then just to see what's going on though.

I used to frequent the Ivillage site too, but hated the new format. I still go to the BFing board, but that's about it.

I did not feel so comfy at IVillage and found it to be kind of clique-like, if you guys know what I mean.

I'm Amy, first time Mommy to Conner who is almost 11 months. I use to post on IVillage too, before they changed formats, but just lurk there now from time to time. I'm glad you found us, and look forward to getting to know you.
