Need some prayers for my - meat loaf

But why add milk? If you have eggs in there

If I add onion soup mix I wont add more onion or no salt
I use bread crumbs or chex cereal or small pieces of bread tore up in it

I don't know why....My mom does it...I suppose that is why. I forgot the breadcrumbs when I went grocery shopping....

I'm always playing with meat loaf to make it taste better I think the next time I will add red peppers to it ..... Everyone here at the house loves meatloaf just not me

Jamison'smama replied: You can sub any kind of crackers for the breadcrumbs. I often use saltines in place of the breadcrumbs and pizza sauce or barbeque sauce if I am out of tomato sauce or ketchup.

I use milk and egg too, b/c my recipe says to You can also use oatmeal instead of bread crumbs, crackers, etc.

mom2my2cuties replied: My boyfriend uses Stovetop Stuffing mix instead of breadcrumbs...Gives it a yummy and unique texture.
