Sarah&Mackenzie replied: I will have to look through my recipes and get back to you later on.

MamaJAM replied: I also have stuff to share...but am drawing a complete blank at the moment! blush.gif I'll have to get back to this thread later.

Bee_Kay replied: I like French Dips.
That is what we are having tonight.

All you need is sliced roast beef (or a slow-cooked one at home)
Au Jus sauce
French bread.

It great, and a little out of the ordinary spaghetti type dinners.

Too bad you don't like seafood.... I love making Chicken Oscar (my daughters favorite) smile.gif

Momof3inMe replied: Our family loves this chicken casserole. Its real easy and you can make it in the morning before work so its ready to go in the oven when you get home.

2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1/2 can of water
2-3 cups chopped cooked chicken (can use more if you want)
1 bag frozen broccoli
2 boxes of stuffing

Pre heat oven to 375

In a 13x9 pan put the 2 cans of soup and the 1/2 can of water then add cooked chicken. Put the broccoli on top of the chicken(If someone doesn't like the broccoli then I only put it on half of the pan). Cook the stuffing how ever it says on the package then add it on top of everything. I bake it for about 30 min.

Bee_Kay replied: I thought of another one:

tater-tot hotdish
(there are a ton of variations... you make make it any way you want)

But, this is how I make it.

1 lb hamburger
1 or 2 cans of green beans; drained (or mixed vegetables)
1 can of cream of chicken (or whatever cream soup)
1 bag tater tots
1 small onion
cheese sauce (if desired)

* Brown hamburger and onion until cooked (add salt and pepper)
* Put hamburger and onion mix in an 11x13 baking dish
* add vegetables over the hamburger.
* mix together 1 can of soup & half can of milk, then put over hamburger and vegetables.
* Then put tater tots over all of it.
* Add cheese sauce over the top if desired.

Bake for about 45 minutes at 350.

Its really good and super easy to make smile.gif

I like this too, with cream of mushroom soup and corn instead of green beans and grated cheese on top.

I also love this casserole"

1 large zucchini
1lb ground beef
1 can Tomato Basil soup (either Campbells or Progresso, the kind you don't add water to)
onion to taste
1 cup rice
1 cup mozerella cheese

Put the rice in the bottom of a casserole, then the browned/drained ground beef, then the zucchini (sliced), then pour the soup over the top. Cover with foil, bake until rice is done, add cheese and bake until cheese melts.

One dish for meat, carbs, veggies and dairy!

ediep replied: I bought the old elpaso enchillada kit but I used turkey chop meat....it was really good.

Sarah&Mackenzie replied: This is what we had last night.

1 package of fast cooking Long Grain and Wild Rice
1 can of tomato soup
1 pound of hamb. meat
1/4 cup milk
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1) Make rice according to package, but omitting butter
2) Cook hamb. meat and drain
3) Preheat oven to 350 degree's and grease casserole dish
4) Mix hamb. meat, cooked rice, tomato soup, and milk together
5) Pour into casserole dish and cover
6) Bake in the oven for 30 minutes
7) Take out casserole and uncover, sprinkle with cheese and return to the oven for 5-10 minutes UNCOVERED until the cheese is melted

jpsky27 replied: My kids love perogies! I buy the frozen package, boil them, then saute them in oil with some diced onion, red and green peppers for color. When they are brownish, then I pull them out and add some grated Parmesan cheese. The kids eat them with some sour cream.

Sky rolling_smile.gif

CantWait replied: I like to bbq up some sausages, add it to pasta, and top it with some fried or grilled green peppers and tomatoe sauce thumb.gif
