Need some SERIOUS PT's - My passport and VISA

Well now official travel in Ottawa sent my passport and VISA to the wrong location, they sent it to where Ron use to be posted instead of to me here in Toronto. Now we don't know where it is.....I have to call the school soon and see if they were able to find it there so they can puralate it to me.

If they aren't able to find it, then who knows where it is.

Can you guys just send be there and found it vibes If it's there, I should be home in Moscow by the end of the week with my husband and kids.

Ottawa really doesn't know what they're doing. Ottawa didn't send my passport and VISA to who they were suppose to initially, they were suppose to send it to another place in Ottawa, instead just sent it to the address they thought they should send it to. Initially they told Ron they sent it through DHL, well the tracking # wasn't working so he called them back, after a couple emails, finds out it was through Canada post. So he tracks it through them, and it's left Quebec today, will be somewhere in Gagetown tomorrow at one of the three mailrooms. So they will hunt the base tomorrow for my passport. So hopefully I will have it in my hand by Friday, if not then it will be Monday.....I hope
