Need gift opinions, please - for my sister

What do you think of it? She's 26 and into style, not sure if that helps make a decision. I'm so afraid of buying it and her not liking it. I like it, but not sure if she will. ETA there were a TON more I'd love to have picked from buy they are super expensive. This one is $50 plus $15 in shipping. I can get 15% off of it if I buy it today, otherwise I would have my mom look at it first before buying.
So what's your honest opinion of it?

No, she's really picky and quite snobbish. I love her, but that's her.  I decided to trek down the icy roads to my mom's house tonight to get her opinion before I order it. My mom will know for sure, I hope.
I did print off your suggestions too so my mom could see others in case she doesn't like mine. So thank you Rocky.

Just for furniture and artwork though. Seasonal stuff to display I'm not so picky about, becauuse it's just that... seasonal.
coasterqueen replied: Ok, well my mother's words were "IT'S BEAUTIFUL KAREN". So mom likes it and I like it so I'm getting it. I will return it for her if she doesn't like it. Maybe I'll keep it for myself if she doesn't like it, although it's not my color scheme.
