Need emergency prayers

She doesn't have custody, but has raised him for about 5 years.She had a restraining order on my brother and the judge included my nephew on it. My brother got out of jail 4 months ago and she dropped the restraining order in order to let my brother come live with her while he did his probation. I TOLD HER NOT TO DO THIS. Everything was going ok except for the fact that my brother couldn't find a job. He had been doing good about taking care of his son while at my moms house. Recently he started hanging out with his old group of friends...BAD IDEA. This weekend he told my sister he was going to buy some ciggarretes. This was on Friday and he never returned. He called on Sunday and he was drugged out of his mind. My mom told him to stay gone, she was done.

This morning he snuck over to my moms house and got Timmy (my nephew age 7) to open the sliding glass door. When he opened it he grabbed Timmy and took off with him. My moms boyfriend tried to reason with him and stop him, but he managed to steal my moms boyfriends cell phone and take off with that too. Timothy was in his pj's, no socks, shoes, hadn't eaten breakfast.

My mom called the cops, but there is nothing they could do at the moment because his probation ended and she doesn't have custody technically. He called my mom and told her that he was going to give Timmy to his mom Brittney. Brittney abandoned Timmy when he was 6 months old. He doesn't even know who she is. My brother doesn't want him, he just doesn't want my mom to have him.

Timothy has to be so scared. My brother abandoned him with my mom when he was about 3 and it has taken her years to get him to realize that she isn't going to leave him too. He had nightmares and rashes for months after my brother left the first time. When my mom goes to work he always asks her if she is comming back because he is afraid she will disapear. Every time my brother has a girlfriend he thinks its his mom and then they break up and he gets left behind.

The cops are going to go to the house he is staying at tonight because the girl that lives there has a bunch of warrants out for her arrest...along with a newborn baby . She is also a drug addict too. They said that if my brother is drugged up, they could arrest him too. Please pray that they have cause to arrest him. This way they can bring timothy back to my mom or at least be taken into safer custody. My mom is going to apply for emergency custody in the morning. She did get new restraining orders today because my brother made some threats.

Please pray that Timmy gets to come back home.

mckayleesmom replied: Thanks for the prayers everyone. No update yet. I talked to my mom yesterday and the cops hadn't found him yet to serve him with the protection order. If he is high when they find him then that will give them probable cause to take Timmy from him. I haven't called my mom yet tonight...I tried earlier but she didn't answer.
