Name Trouble...

jacobsmama wrote: So my child will probably be born nameless LOL

Why does the 2nd one have to be so hard to name!

After you have a Jacob Hunter nothing else sounds as good... emlaugh.gif

I like Conner, Jackson and Aiden...I have a few others I like but nothing goes wow that is it! ya know? wacko.gif

Hubby says NO to everything I say. he says Jackson is a no because they will be called Jake and Jack. I dont agree because we have NEVER called Jacob, Jake and dont plan to ever, I dont like jake really lol.

SOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Just not sure what we are gonna name this boy! Loren Likes Kain but jacob always says kane the wrestler from wwe...and I dont want him to always think of that when it comes to his little brother...Not sure

when did you pick?? ugggggggggggggggggggg

I have 18 more weeks to pick I guess, we just new ASAP witth Jacob..so making me really think.. laugh.gif

cameragirl21 replied: Don't worry, when you first look your baby in the eye you will know what to name him. happy.gif

Cece00 replied: No offense to anyone who likes names like there or used them, but all they "aiden/ayden" names are overused IMO- Aiden, Hayden, Jayden, etc.

I like Jackson but probably because I have a Jack rolling_smile.gif

I love the name Joel- do you like that name?

And Jude

moped replied: Well I am a Jack fan (not Jackson) for obvious reasons but these were soem names I liked:

Blake
Evan
Kai was really big on my list
Finn
Conner - but too popular now

I forget but i will keep thinking

I found names very hard with the second as well - and girl names ever harder!!!!!

moped replied: Noah!

Danalana replied: Well, we already have a boy's name narrowed down to a couple...I think. And I think we have our girl's name. Maybe. Ha! It didn't take us long at all to name Kade, except for his middle name.

~Roo'sMama~ replied: We didn't pick Andrew's name until the week before he was born - and he was born a week late. tongue.gif Until then we were trying to decide between Noah and Daniel... both of which I still love. happy.gif You've got plenty of time! wink.gif

Calimama replied:
Love Jude!

Nina J replied: I like Jackson. I like it spelt Jaxon too, I always thought that was a nice way to make it a bit different.

I really like the boys name Silas.

boyohboyohboy replied: christy, how about a caleb?
we like the way the names jakob and caleb sounded together...

and our andrew didnt get his name until the last min. either..

Mommy2Isabella replied: I have a friend with a Jude!!

I LOVE Isaia ... personal preference!!

I like
Jack - its getting popular

Ian was one we liked
Michael
David
Paul

If it makes you feel any better, we didn't have a name "really" for Isaia until I was 35 weeks and he was born at 35 and 1 day !!

He was going to be David Paul, or David Michael

He is Isaia Michael smile.gif

A&A'smommy replied: ahhh yes the second is harder especially when you already have a child of the sex rolleyes.gif I REALLY like Aiden or Aaden what did you dh say about that one? Are ya'll up for something different? do you have a baby name book?

momofone replied: i like Shawn and Dylan happy.gif
and Brandon

lisar replied: Names we had for a boy but never had a boy:

Tristan
Nathan
Trevor
Logan (dh really liked this one)

punkeemunkee'smom replied: I love the name Jack smile.gif
Boyd
Byron
Seth
Nolan wink.gif
LOVE the name Liam
Coy
Colt or Colton
I will keep thinking laugh.gif
How are you feeling-BTW? hug.gif

Jacob is a great name-I have a brother named Jacob and my brother in law is named Jacob rolling_smile.gif

mckayleesmom replied: I like Samuel and James..

Brias3 replied: I totally know what you mean! I have much more time than you, but we've already started on the name thing because with our other three, it was literally a 6-month process laugh.gif My youngest two weren't named until we literally HAD to fill out the birth certificate!

I like the names you've picked so far! Love Aidan- think it goes well with Jacob too. Are there any family names you'd like to use? My three have family mn's, so we're doing the same for this one.

jacobsmama replied: wowowowowowoow!!!

Thank you for all the great ideas!! I hadn't thought of half of these.

I really like Conner.

Today my husband said what about Conner William??

I am just not a huge fan of william, it was his great grandfathers name and his WHOLE family has used it.

DH has a huge family so like all the names we rattle off someone has that name, or that is so and so's kids name rolling_smile.gif

But these are all food for thought....I am getting excited now instead of worried.

I am ready to call him something besides "THE BABY"
hahah

hmmmmmmmmmmm

And my husband said Aiden was Geeky???? blink.gif He is geeky.. rolling_smile.gif

Brias3 replied: I LOVE Conner! Spelled like that too. Conner William is cute, and goes well with Jacob too!

Conner and Noah are on our list too thumb.gif

punkeemunkee'smom replied: Conner William is a super strong sounding name! You know I am partial to William as long as it is not paired with something that can be a nickname from the beverly hillbillies! rolling_smile.gif emlaugh.gif rolling_smile.gif wink.gif

mckayleesmom replied: Conor James is cute

lovemy2 replied: Big fan of Dylan here laugh.gif

We had a hard time with the boy name too - went through and through the books - we ended up going into the delivery room with either Bryan or Dylan and let the nurses pick when he was born laugh.gif laugh.gif

Hillbilly Housewife replied: I haven't seen Jordan suggesten.

I think both Jordan William and Jordan Connor go well with both your last name and Jacob Hunter.

PrairieMom replied: We had the opposite issue. With Ben, I didn't find out what we were having, so we needed a boy and a girl name. So, when Al came along we just used that one.
We had major problems with Ben tho. His middle name is Tracy, after his grandpa, so we needed a really masculine name to go with it. We struggled and struggled, and were still not sure in the delivery room. After he was born they asked us what we wanted to name him, I looked at DH, Dh looked at me, and we were like um... Benjamin? dunno.gif It just kind of stuck. laugh.gif
